SOCIO-ECONOMIC SITUATION OF RUSSIA IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE FINANCIAL CRISIS

In conditions of financial instability the changes in consumer behavior are observed, new ways of consumption are appeared. The crisis of values, institutions and organizations contributes to weakening the motivation of households to make substantiated economic and investment decisions, and modifies the structure of income and consumption of the population of Russia. This leads to the minimization of material and financial expenditures of households is largely due to cost savings of living labor, which leads to serious deformations of their budgets and, ultimately, to the strategic changes in economic behavior in markets.
