摘要：
The notion of creativity acquires in terms of the classical epistemology some uncertain conceptual status being even reduced to a purely psychological phenomenon. Non-classical epistemological approaches tend to rethink the oppositions of discovery and justification, artistic subjectivity and objectivity in science, self-expression and cognition, construction and representation. The origin of novelty, not only its functioning within stable system of knowledge, appears now a legal and significant philosophical problem.
