摘要
The article analyzes a psychological mechanism of social cognition. On the basis of theoretical generalizing features of perceptive organization of social cognition the algorithm of the stage-by-stage forming of adequate teacher's social and perceptive abilities is developed. The author proves expedience of the training in the process of professional teachers' preparing and retraining.
