FROM ECONOMY TO HISTORY. SOME REFLECTIONS ON ECONOMIC HISTORY

The task of economic history involves the recognition of the need for dialogue between economics and history, which corresponds to the conceptual debate and research practice itself. Upon recognition of economic history as an integral part of the economy, this article proposes to recognize the meaning of that link both the relationship between economics and history, and from economic theory and economic history, for insisting on the need to integrate in the economic literature studying the social, political, cultural and otherwise affecting the behavior of the agents who represent such economic mechanisms.
