摘要
Fracture toughness and bending properties of three types of dental composite resins (macrofilled type, microfilled type and hybrid type) were determined. In acoustic emission behavior during fracture toughness test, characterisitic generation patterns of each type were understood. The fracture toughness values, AE generation patterns and the nature of the fracture surface were analyzed to construct a microscopic fracture model. Fracture toughness was calculated quantitatively by a critical strain criterion based on a microscopic fracture model.
