摘要：
The reactions of the decomposition of N-bromoleucine and N-bromoisoleucine were studied in media with NaOH concentration greater than 0.1 M. The results obtained in the identification of reaction products, calculation of kinetic constants and determination of molar absorptivity support a proposed reaction mechanism.
