摘要：
Tissue sections of guinea pigs EM autoradiography. Due to the decrease of exposure time and lower intensity of isotope lableing, low power EM autoradiography on semithin sections is favored compared to conventional (ultrathin section high power) EM autoradiography. Because of more precise localization of Ag granules, and ease of quantitative evaluation of autoradiographs, it is superior to ordinary (thick section) light microscopic autoradiography.
