摘要
Nasal tumors comprising the nasal vestibule, columella and membranous septum are rare. However, reconstruction of this type of composite tissue defect after tumor extirpation is challenging because of the content of the defect consisting of different tissues and the limited reconstruction options. The reconstruction options of the composite defects with only a single flap have been described in the relevant literature. In this case; composite tissue defect including nasal vestibule, partial columella and whole membranous septum was reconstructed using strut cartilage graft, labial mucosal flap, and nasolabial flap according to types of different tissue content requirements. It is possible to gain excellent aesthetic and functional results in a single session with this technique.
