摘要
The effect of dissolved oxygen on the magnetic properties and microstructure of electrolessly deposited cobalt phosphorus films has been studied. In ammonia alkaline solutions, the inflow of oxygen during aging time (storage time) induces substantial changes in the film thickness dependence of coercivity. This comprises a reduction of coercivity at a film region thinner than 100 nm and the shift of peak coercivity. Oxidation of the solutions can be prevented by a nitrogen charge ( > 10 cm3 s-1) throughout the aging time.
