摘要
This review provides a synthesis of the performances of clinical and complementary tests, as assessed in thirteen meta-analyses. In primary care, the AMTS is the most performing test, before the MMSE, to diagnose a dementia syndrome. In secondary care, the best cognitive tests to diagnose a dementia syndrome are the Mini-Cog, the 6-CIT and the MMSE. The MRI is performing well at the predementia phase to rule out the risk of evolution toward the Alzheimer's disease; it has not been assessed in a meta-analysis at the dementia phase.
