摘要
A De-NOx system is introduced essentially to satisfy the emissions standard of EURO-6 and Post-EURO-6 because the diesel engine has the drawback of emitting nitrogen oxides. An LNT system uses only fuel in the regeneration, but has drawbacks of both NOx and NH3 slip. The NOx reduction efficiency of the Urea-SCR system is close to 100% theoretically when the catalyst temperature is sufficiently high. Continuously supplying a NH3 as a reducing agent is necessary. The purpose of this study is to maximize the performance of a passive LNT-SCR system by enhancing the reduction of NOx in the system and load, and to suggest the basic data for establishing a strategy for controlling the passive LNT-SCR system to satisfy the exhaust gas regulations of EURO-6 and Post-EURO-6.
