摘要：

Treatment of N-substituted 1-isocyano-1-cyclohexanecarboxamides (3) with butyllithium and aldehydes afforded the title compounds 5 which are the only class of functionalized derivatives of 1,3-diazaspiro[4.5]dec-1-en-4-one.
