摘要
The article explores some tools for water resources management at the meso level, including geographic, economic-social and hydrological. Some directions and measures for minimizing damage to the water area of the South of Russia are given. The water-resource potential of the South of Russia is analyzed, the instruments and directions of strategic management, the water management complex of the South of Russia are presented.
