摘要
Attention to diversity is one of the educational measures designed in order to improve the efficacy and fairness of the educational system. This article deals with the analysis of the measures carried out in the Compulsory High School level in the Autonomous Region of Madrid; it also presents the results of the interviews carried out in 14 high schools identified through their innovative projects. The aim is to know the background and elaborate guidelines and improving procedures directed to high schools with similar characteristics and contexts. The analysis shows the need to create reliable and involved educational teams which should analyze the specific problems of their schools and which should discuss and agree upon the curricula or the most appropriate ways of intervention depending on the students' needs. These educational teams should be supported by the school cloister, the school board and the administration team. Finally, this analysis reveals the need of highly-structured interventions and operational objectives that would allow to experiment short term success and self-control progress; an individualized attention; etc.
