摘要
The treatment of the antiphospholipid syndrome with fetal loss (Soulier-Boffa) is not clearly defined. We have treated 3 women with intravenous-immunoglobulin alone or associated with aspirin, heparin or corticosteroids. All three gave birth to live children. The biological results showed in one case a disappearance of anticardiolipin antibodies, but in two others cases the level of antibodies is still high. These date show that clinical and biological results can be different in Soulier-Boffa syndrome under treatment.
