摘要
A full-wave analysis of a slow-wave microstrip transmission line on a ferromagnetic semiconductor with an insulator is presented. The spectral-domain method with a sampling theorem is used. A new current distribution is applied. The slow-wave factor and the characteristic impedance are calculated for different material conductivities sigma with variable applied dc magnetization.
