摘要：

this paper shows the methodological path of authors in order to create the questionnaire used in the first National Survey of Characterization of Law Students in Chile. In the text, it implies procedures which allowed giving validity and reliability to the measurement instrument. Finally, statistical analyses are shown in order to measure the internal consistency of scales devoted to measure complex concept within questionnaire.
