MILLIMETER WAVE RESPONSES OF YBCO VARIABLE-THICKNESS BRIDGES

摘要
The YBCO films with high-temperature were prepared on a MgO(100) substrate by DC hollow cathode sputtering using a stoichiometric YBa2Cu3Oy target. The VTB was fabricated on the use of Al slant evaporation and Ar ion beam etching(IBE) techniques. The voltage-current characteristics, microwave and millimeter-wave response of the VTBs were investigated. The responses of microwave radiation(f=9.67GHz) and millimeter-wave radiation (f=94GHz) to VTBs show well-defined constant voltage steps of 20 mu V and 194 mu V interval, respectively. Magnetic response was also observed in DC-SQUID structure consisting of them.
