摘要
1-(2,3-Dideoxy-3-C-hydroxymethyl-beta-D-threo-pentofuranosyl)-, 1-(2,3-didehydro-2,3-dideoxy-3-C-hydroxymethyl-beta-D-glycero-pentofuranosyl)- and 1-(3-C-azidomethyl-2,3-didehydro-2,3-dideoxy-beta-D-glycero-pentofuranosyl)uracil, thymine and cytosine were synthesized and evaluated for anti-HIV activity. The synthetic strategy was based on an allylic alcohol transposition of the corresponding 3'-C-methylene-nucleoside analogues.
