摘要：

We have prepared thin film cathode materials and thin film electrolytes at temperatures ranging from 400 degrees C to 600 degrees C by a spray pyrolysis technique. The sols used to prepare the films are made from simple inorganic salts and non toxic, inexpensive diols. The sols can be sprayed in an air atmosphere to prepare films of the desired crystalline materials.
