摘要：
In this paper the concept of three-dimensional (3-D) point spread function (PSF) is discussed with special attention for the numerical procedures. Paper contains both the analytical and numerical the PSF3-D formulas for the real electron-optical system with polychromatic illumination, basing on the ray-tracing method and the endpoint counting procedure. The numerical efficiency of the computational method is analysed in detail. Some example results are presented.
