摘要
New features for mobile devices constantly arise, allowing the execution of a myriad of activities. In this context, a new modality of teaching has been created: mobile learning. In Professional and Technological Education (EPT), specifically, its use can contribute to the integral formation of the student, presenting the potential to disseminate culture, education and prepare for work. The objective of this research is to verify if the EPT teachers use (and in what way) the mobile learning. The results showed that most teachers use mobile technologies for educational purposes, on their own initiative, on and off school hours. Some difficulties were presented, such as internet access and lack of training. It was concluded that, gradually and informally, mobile learning is being inserted in the context of EPT. For best results, it is necessary that educational management understands mobile learning as a strategic teaching-learning tool, providing adequate infrastructure and training teachers and students.
