摘要:
The grain boundaries of manganese zinc ferrites doped with Ca and Si were analyzed by Auger electron spectroscopy. The results indicated that the concentration of Ca at the grain boundaries increased and that of O decreased with the doped amount of Si. Auger electron images indicated that the spatial variation of the concentration of Ca was large compared with those of Fe, O, Zn and Mn.
