Low temperature electron spin relaxation of manganous ion in methanol solution

摘要
Below -30 degrees C the Mn(II) electron spin relaxation in methanol solution is undergoing slow molecular motion and only the m(S) +/- 1/2 transition is observed. The line width dependence on the nuclear spin states can be understood assuming partial orientation of the paramagnetic ions along the static magnetic field.
