摘要：
Today in France, about 25,000 people live after 20 to 30 years having a cancer in childhood. While many scientific studies investing the issue of long-term effects of treatments for childhood cancers, former patients have decided to speak. The association "Les Aguerris" ("The Hardened") was born. How to ensure good conditions in the procurement of medical information? What initiatives put in place to ensure effective preventive policy towards former patients? How to release a word on this experience of life in childhood particularly striking? These questions mark the necessary attention and special to bring to the specificity of the situation of older patients treated in childhood. © 2014 Elsevier Masson SAS. Tous droits réservés.
