摘要
The document shows a set of econometric estimates to prove that the use of Information Technology (ICT) at work has implications for wage differentials in Mexico. Wage equations by occupation were estimated and the selection bias was corrected. The results verify that there is wage disparity for individuals with workrelated computer skills as well as for those who have experience using a computer. The amount that workers are remunerated based on their computer skills varies depending on the type of occupation in which they work.
