摘要
Several sulfonamide derivatives related to S-145 were synthesized and tested as thromboxane receptor antagonists. The results reveal the importance of the orientation between the sulfonamide moiety and the carboxyclic acid group of the alpha-side chain in order to obtain high affinity interaction with TXA2 receptors.
