摘要：
This article describes the French experience concerning the influence of economic analysis on public policy decisions Whereas economic analysis plays a well established role for the preparation of macroeconomic policy, its influence remains too limited in the domain of structural policies. The on-going European integration is creating a new institutional context which promotes a more systematic use of economic analysis for the making of public policy.
