摘要
Patch clamp techniques have been used to study Ca2+ currents in the varicosities formed by Xenopus motoneuron neurites on muscle cells in culture. Two high voltage activated currents have been found, one rapidly inactivating and highly sensitive to omega-CgTX, the other non-inactivating, slightly reduced by omega-CgTX and more sensitive to washout. Neither is enhanced by Bay K8644.
