摘要：
The authors try to realise an up-to-date of modern knowledge upon tuberculous spondilytis based upon data from literature and their own practice. They start by reviewing the classical data, insisting upon the high frequency of tuberculosis worldwide nowadays and on the clinical findings, then present the modern diagnosis of Pott's disease. A special chapter is dedicated to the multimode treatment, with the options existing in advanced countries compared to the possibilities from the defavorised ones.
