摘要：
The aim of this paper is to find out some new results about fuzzy ideals, to characterise Artinian rings and Noetherian rings by fuzzy ideals and to give alternative proofs of some well known results of Artinian and Noetherian rings by fuzzy ideal theoretic techniques.
