摘要
Two standard strains and five local isolates of Saccharomyces cerevisiae all produced extracellular beta-1,6-glucanases in a growth-associated manner. Glucose at 2% (w/v) enhanced enzyme production up to 0.8 U ml(-1), Optimum activity was at pH 5.0.
