摘要：
A number of papers [1-3] have been devoted to setting up various models of digital signal transmission systems. Moreover, existing optical fiber transmission systems (OFTS) models do not take into account frequency distortions in the transmission channels [4]. The construction of an OFTS model that provides an adequate representation of actual optical channels will provide a powerful tool for calculating the parameters of optimal signal processing algorithms employed in reception and enable the statistical properties of transmission systems to be obtained. It will also enable the dynamical processes occurring in OFTS's to be investigated.
