Corporate Culture in the Models of Corporate Governance

There are addressed the issues of effective ratio between corporate governance and corporate culture in a company in terms of compliance with environmental conditions and maintenance of stability of a group. The author makes an assumption about interdependency of the corporate governance model and the type of corporate (organizational) culture. In the article existing classifications of corporate culture are analysed, and conclusions are made on correspondence between some types of corporate culture and basic models of corporate governance.
