摘要
The surface impedance of a superconductor can be affected and increased by the roughness of the surface, due to the distorted field distribution inside the superconductor. The increased surface impedance would further affect the performance of a superconducting microwave passive circuit. In this paper, the effects on a transmission line, resonator, filter and a delay line are discussed.
