Endometrial carcinoma in association to mature teratoma

Diagnostic approach of abnormal bleeding on postmenopausal women, in which an endometrial abnormality is suspected requires a sonographic evaluation. We present a clinical case of a female patient who presented with abnormal bleeding due to endometrial carcinoma. Sonographics evaluation allowed an adequate surgical plan by suspecting cervical iniltration of the primary tumor.
