摘要
The single step in situ polymerization technique is used to prepare conducting polyaniline (PANI)/Magnesium chromate (MgCrO4) composites. The formation of polyaniline composites were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and the distribution of MgCrO4 in polyaniline matrix by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The DC conductivity shows that the conductivity increases with increase in temperature. Among all composites, 10 wt% shows high conductivity of 4 S/cm due to the formation of long conductivity chain which is confirmed by NTC plot. Further the impedance spectroscopy over the frequency range 50 Hz-5 MHz and showed that the nearly Debye-type relaxation in polyaniline/MgCrO4 composites.
