摘要：
The aim of this article is to analize the contributions of Maritime Law, Environmental Law and Law of the Sea towards prevention and precaution of pollution of the marine environment. The analysis will be carried out taking into account the concept known as "integration", which is described in the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) Preamble and states that ocean problems are interrelated and shall be considered as a whole.
