摘要
Introduction The aims of the work are to describe the anatomy of the superior longitudinal fascicle. And with those anatomic knwoledge, we dicuss its implications in aphasia MRI diffusion tensor and periisular surgery. Methods Twelve adults cerebral hemispheric without any disease were dissected according of the Klingler's fiber technique dissection. All the brain is taken and fixed in formalin solution at 5 % during three days and then frozen within 10 days and unfrozen. After that white matter may be dissected. The basilar artery was ligated and used to suspend each brain in the formalin solution so that the brain would maintain its normal morphology. Results These dissections were useful to describe morphologic anatomy and its relationships with another fibers and with cerebral cortical particularly with language areas. The others fibers as pyramidal tract, the inferior occipito temporo frontal fascicle, uncinate fascicle and forceps minor of callosum corpus body. All these fibers were concentrated under two regions: Broca's area speech and Wernicke area. Conclusion The technique of fiber dissection according to Klingler method must be useful to understand fiber's tracking. Our anatomy knowledge is useful to help us in performing surgery of an eloquent region with a security.
