摘要
We heard years ago, how labor law as it is set up in most European countries is inflexible, expensive, lacking in sense, demanding from European Institutions structural changes in the laws of the member countries. Spain, undertook a major reform of labor law, starting in 2012 that transformed the outlook of workers' rights significantly. Italy has also begun the process of restructuring, highlighting the so-called Jobs Act of March 2015 posed major changes. Our purpose in this paper is to analyze the Italian structural reform of March 2015 as opposed to the current Spanish legislation, considering that some of the issues of the Italian reform are still in the process of parliamentary proceedings.
