摘要：
The article is devoted the problem of ensuring the creative potential of the organization as a prerequisite corresponds to the new business environment and as a factor in ensuring its security in the long run. The article defines the characteristics of innovative organizations, creativity, creative potential. The expediency of development of creative potential of organization, as mandatory characteristics of the iterative model of economic security is substantiated. The reasons of creating a creative foundation of the organization in order to ensure its long-term development are analyzed. The shape of the impact on the creative potential of the organization is determined. It was defined that the motivation of the personnel is the most effective form.
