摘要
Market distortions are seen in almost every country. These distortions are created by policymakers. Sometimes they are a response to genuine market failures. More often, though, these distortions are meant to till the field of competition and they have strong anticompetitive effects. In this article we create a typology of such anti-competitive market distortions (ACMDs) and show how each of them has strongly negative consumer welfare implications.
