摘要：
Trans-PhNRe(bpy)2(OEt)2+ (bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine) is thermally stable despite severe steric interactions between the mutually trans bpy ligands; an X-ray diffraction study reveals axial multiple bonding involving the N-Re-OEt framework that is key to understanding this observation.
