摘要：
The paper examines three perspectives on system development: process, data, and behaviour. In the light of lack of consensus among system developers as to which is to be generally preferred, an approach to development is advocated that embraces all three perspectives. In so doing an attempt is made to point the way to a more unified perception of system development. © 1990.
