摘要：
Dimerization of methylglyoxal in concentrated aqueous solution has been investigated by electrochemical measurements. An approximate value of the equilibrium constant of around 1.5 was obtained, which agrees with that corresponding to the dimerization of glyoxal under the same conditions.
