摘要
Talent management is one of the fundamental problems public and private sector companies meet. Talent Management in anorganization is a business strategy that seeks to develop and retain talented and high potential employees. This study's research objective is to create a conceptual framework of factors affecting talent management in organizations. Factors affecting talent management include Talent, Compensation, and Benefits program in retaining talent, Working Environment, Succession Planning, Training and Development, Organization Culture, HR due diligence & Background verification, Organizational Commitment, Leadership, and talent management. This study attempts to address the critical gap in the organization. Thus, this research is essentialfor academia and manger to develop talent management,increase talent visibility, and develop employees to meet the organization's talent needs.
