Norms and values: Double bind?

The report is divided in two parts. In the first part it propouses, in first place, to describe what means the term globalization to Luhmann (1); in second place, to make a picture of the Luhmannian theory of the political system, as self-referential and autopoietic, functionally differentiated system of the modern society (2); and, finally, to show how the law system fulfills an independent function of political system, while it is irritated by that through its structural coupling (3). And in the second part to show (in a simple manner) how the political system in fulfilling with this function, and furthermore with the utilization of law, creates more conflicts than it solves, in special to persons, desdiferentiates functional subsystems and the society itself (4).
