摘要：
Intrauterine insemination is a method of fertilization that is very often associated with pharmacological stimulation to induce ovulation. The drugs most used are clomiphene citrate and menopausal or recombinant gonadotropin. Despite the major disadvantages of ovarian stimulation protocols, the great merit of increasing the number of pregnancies in patients with unexplained infertility is evident.
