摘要
If there is a space on the planet that is suffering from climate change, it is the Arctic Ocean. The ice melting has led States to cooperate in order to regulate certain activities. This paper analyzes them in detail and explores whether or not the 2030 Agenda is part of the priorities in the Arctic.
