摘要：
After several years, a successful psychotherapy supervision group format evolved with the primary emphasis being placed on free group discussion following a proposed supervision topic. The more inexperienced psychotherapy supervisors initially wanted a structured didactic approach, while senior members favored subjective exploration of therapeutic and supervisory relationship factors. It is felt that these two supervisory group needs can be academically complimentary.
